Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FAST CEA-targeted CAR-T is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy designed to target carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), which is highly expressed in many gastrointestinal tumors, particularly colorectal cancer. This therapy has been evaluated in clinical trials for patients with CEA-positive solid tumors, showing some efficacy in stabilizing disease and reducing tumor burden. The therapy works by engineering a patient's T cells to express a receptor that recognizes CEA, enabling them to target and kill CEA-expressing cancer cells.
