Overview

**FAST-TIL** (also known as **HS-IT101**) is an autologous, non-genetically modified tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy developed by Huasai Biomedicine (formerly Sino-cell Biomedicine) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Manufactured using the proprietary PowerTexp® platform, FAST-TIL requires a minimal starting tumor tissue sample (less than 0.05 g) and features a shortened 14-day production cycle. The therapy is designed to recognize and attack patient-specific tumor neoantigens with reduced dependence on high-dose interleukin-2 (IL-2) and intensive lymphodepletion, thereby improving safety and clinical accessibility. FAST-TIL is currently in Phase II clinical development for advanced melanoma and Phase I/Ib development for NSCLC and RCC.
