Fatigue Granules (消疲灵颗粒) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) composed of fourteen natural herbal ingredients, including Ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus, Schisandra chinensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica sinensis, Longan aril, Cinnamon, Ganoderma lucidum, Spatholobus suberectus, Poria cocos, Hawthorn, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Ziziphus jujuba seed, and Donkey-hide gelatin. It is traditionally used to benefit Qi and activate blood, nourish blood and calm the spirit, eliminate fatigue, and restore physical strength. It is indicated for symptoms arising from excessive fatigue, such as palpitations, shortness of breath, sore limbs, general weakness, mental exhaustion, irritability, insomnia, loss of appetite, and post-illness physical weakness. The drug has also been noted for its non-specific immune function and anti-stress effects.
