This is an experimental **combination therapy** of favezelimab (an anti–lymphocyte activation gene-3 monoclonal antibody), pembrolizumab (a programmed death-1 receptor [PD-1] inhibitor), and lenvatinib (a multi-tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptors, among others).
