This combination consists of **favezelimab** (an anti-LAG-3 monoclonal antibody), **pembrolizumab** (an anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibody), **oxaliplatin** (a platinum-based cytotoxic chemotherapeutic), **leucovorin** (folinic acid, a biomodulator enhancing the effect of fluorouracil), and **fluorouracil** (a pyrimidine analog antimetabolite chemotherapeutic). Oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and fluorouracil are established backbone agents (e.g., FOLFOX regimen) in colorectal cancer and gastrointestinal cancers. This specific investigational regimen is being studied in trials of microsatellite stable metastatic colorectal cancer.
