FB1003

FB1003 is a monoclonal antibody developed by 4B Technologies (Beijing) for the treatment of chronic pain. It acts as a tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrkA) activator, targeting the nerve growth factor (NGF)-TrkA pathway to modulate TrkA receptor activity. This mechanism is distinct from traditional NGF-blocking antibodies and aims to provide effective pain relief while minimizing side effects such as gastrointestinal issues or drug dependence commonly associated with NSAIDs and opioids.
