Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FC084 is a small molecule inhibitor of Src homology region 2 domain-containing phosphatase 2 (SHP2), developed by Zhongshan Innovision New Drug Research and Development. SHP2 is a non-receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays a critical role in the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in various cancers. By inhibiting SHP2, FC084 aims to suppress tumor growth and overcome resistance to other targeted therapies. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials, both as a monotherapy and in combination with other agents like the PD-1 inhibitor tislelizumab, for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and lung cancer.
