Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FC084CSA + tislelizumab is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, including lung cancer. FC084CSA is an oral small molecule inhibitor targeting AXL receptor tyrosine kinase, a receptor tyrosine kinase implicated in tumor progression and resistance to therapy. Tislelizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) on T cells, blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 to restore immune-mediated antitumor responses. The combination aims to enhance antitumor efficacy by simultaneously inhibiting tumor cell survival pathways (AXL) and reactivating immune surveillance (PD-1 blockade). Clinical studies are ongoing to evaluate safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors[4].
