Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FCN-016 is a small molecule Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK) inhibitor developed by Fosun Pharma USA for the treatment of glaucoma. By inhibiting ROCK, the drug modulates the actin cytoskeleton within the trabecular meshwork, which enhances the outflow of aqueous humor and leads to a reduction in intraocular pressure. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials.
