Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FCN-647 is a selective and potent small-molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) developed by Chongqing Fochon Pharmaceutical. BTK is a critical component of the B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathway, which is essential for the survival and proliferation of malignant B-cells. By inhibiting BTK, FCN-647 aims to treat various B-cell malignancies, including lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
