Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FD-002 is a small molecule molecular glue developed by Chengdu FenDi Pharmaceutical that functions as a P53 activator. It is designed to restore or enhance the tumor-suppressive activity of the P53 protein, which is frequently inactivated in hematologic malignancies. The drug was discovered using the company's proprietary PRODED™ (Protein Degradation Drug) technology platform, which integrates artificial intelligence (AI) with targeted protein degradation (TPD) logic. FD-002 is currently in the optimization and preclinical discovery stage, with primary development efforts focused on treating Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL).
