feladilimab

Feladilimab is a humanized immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of the inducible T-cell co-stimulator (ICOS, also known as CD278), a protein expressed on activated T cells. By binding to ICOS on tumor-infiltrating CD4+ and CD8+ effector T cells, feladilimab enhances T-cell function and promotes antitumor immune responses without depleting ICOS-expressing cells. It is being developed as an immunotherapy for various cancers, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), multiple myeloma, and other advanced solid tumors. Feladilimab has been studied both as monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as pembrolizumab or tremelimumab. The drug was developed by GSK but clinical development in some indications has been discontinued[1][2][3][4][5].
