feladilimab + tremelimumab

Feladilimab + tremelimumab is an investigational combination therapy composed of two monoclonal antibodies. Feladilimab (GSK3359609) is an agonist of the inducible T-cell co-stimulator (ICOS), designed to enhance T-cell activation and function, thereby promoting antitumor immune responses. Tremelimumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), functioning as a checkpoint inhibitor to further stimulate immune activity against tumors. The combination was evaluated in the INDUCE-2 Phase I/II clinical trial for patients with advanced solid tumors, including relapsed/refractory head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The study found that while the combination was generally well-tolerated, it showed limited efficacy and development was not continued beyond early-phase trials[1][2][7].
