It is formulated as a vegan liquid supplement containing a balanced composition of easily absorbed iron, minerals, vitamins, and botanical extracts, including Russian rhodiola (*Rhodiola rosea*). The primary active component, iron, supports the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue. A clinical study published in 2008 demonstrated its efficacy in improving blood hemoglobin levels and red cell counts in women and adolescent girls with iron deficiency anemia.
