Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Fenace-Plus is a fixed-dose combination oral tablet developed and marketed by Invision Medi Sciences. It contains cetirizine hydrochloride (an antihistamine), phenylephrine hydrochloride (a decongestant), and paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic). This combination is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, and upper respiratory tract allergies, including nasal and sinus congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and sinus pain or headache. It is also used as an adjunct therapy for infections like sinusitis, tonsillitis, and otitis media. As a generic formulation, it provides a multi-symptom approach to respiratory and allergic conditions by combining an H1-receptor antagonist, an alpha-adrenergic agonist, and a non-opioid analgesic.
