fenamiprofen

Fenamiprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the propionic acid derivative class, developed and manufactured by Dalian Tianyu Pharmaceutical. It functions by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase enzymes, COX-1 and COX-2, which are responsible for the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins. By reducing prostaglandin levels, fenamiprofen exerts analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects. It is primarily utilized for the relief of moderate to severe pain associated with conditions such as postoperative recovery, oncology, physical trauma, low back pain, gout, and neuralgia, as well as acute pain from renal and urinary calculi.
