Feromax

**Feromax** is a Shayana Farm oral antianemic fixed-dose product name used for more than one formulation, so the name alone does not identify one unique chemical composition. The capsule formulation contains carbonyl iron, zinc sulfate monohydrate, and folic acid; it is indicated for anemia associated with combined iron and folate deficiency, including during pregnancy and lactation. A syrup formulation marketed under the same trade name contains iron ammonium citrate, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, copper sulfate, and magnesium sulfate. The products restore iron and hematinic micronutrients required for hemoglobin synthesis and erythropoiesis.
