ferric carboxymaltose + ferric derisomaltose + ferumoxytol

This is a conceptual combination of three intravenous iron replacement products—ferric carboxymaltose, ferric derisomaltose, and ferumoxytol—all used to treat iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia when oral iron is ineffective or not tolerated, or in settings such as chronic kidney disease and other causes of significant iron deficiency.[4][5][2][3][8][6] Each component is a colloidal iron–carbohydrate complex that delivers bioavailable ferric iron to the reticuloendothelial system, from which iron is released and incorporated into hemoglobin and other iron-dependent proteins, thereby correcting anemia; ferric carboxymaltose and ferric derisomaltose allow administration of large single doses over short infusions, while ferumoxytol is a superparamagnetic iron oxide complex that has also been used as an MRI contrast agent.[1][4][5][3][9]
