Although marketed within a fertility-focused product line, the gel is primarily indicated for the relief of feminine discomfort, itching, and odor. Its formulation is designed to maintain the natural physiological conditions of the vagina and preserve the balance of the vaginal ecosystem. The primary active ingredient is Polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (PHMB) at a 0.2% concentration, which serves as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. The product is specifically formulated to be lactobacilli-sparing and matches the natural pH of the vagina.
