Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Fespixon** is a prescription topical natural-product cream developed by Oneness Biotech for diabetic foot ulcers. Also known as **ON101**, it is a standardized botanical formulation containing *Centella asiatica* extract S1 and *Plectranthus amboinicus* extract PA-F4. It is intended to rebalance the chronic wound microenvironment by reducing pro-inflammatory M1 macrophage activity, promoting pro-healing M2a and M2c macrophage phenotypes, and inducing adipose precursor cell secretion of G-CSF and CXCL3. This macrophage-regulating activity is associated with enhanced keratinocyte proliferation, angiogenesis, collagen formation, tissue repair, and wound closure. Fespixon has marketing approvals for diabetic foot ulcer treatment in several Asian markets, including Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Indonesia.
