Fexofenadine + pseudoephedrine is a fixed-dose combination of two active ingredients used to treat symptoms associated with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), such as nasal congestion (stuffy nose), sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, hives, skin rash, and itching.
