CPB2206 is a fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapy developed by Corepharmbio for the treatment of respiratory diseases, including allergic rhinitis and asthma. It combines fexofenadine hydrochloride, a non-sedating second-generation H1-receptor antagonist, with montelukast sodium, a selective cysteinyl leukotriene receptor antagonist (CysLT1). By targeting both the histamine and leukotriene pathways, CPB2206 aims to provide comprehensive relief from symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, and bronchoconstriction.
