Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**FF-21101 (90Y)** is an investigational P-cadherin-targeted radioimmunotherapy for advanced solid tumors. It consists of a chimeric anti-cadherin-3 monoclonal antibody labeled through the DOTA chelator with the beta-emitting radionuclide yttrium-90. Following intravenous administration, it binds cadherin-3 on tumor cells and delivers localized cytotoxic beta radiation. A phase 1 study and expansion cohorts in advanced solid tumors, including ovarian carcinoma, were completed; the expansion study did not meet its predefined efficacy threshold and was ended.
