Overview

FG-3180 is a CD46-targeted positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent developed for the diagnosis of solid tumors. It is composed of a radiolabeled antibody targeting CD46, enabling enhanced PET imaging to detect and assess tumors expressing this antigen. The drug is intended as a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical to aid in patient selection and monitoring in oncology, particularly prostate cancer. It is being developed by Fortis Therapeutics and FibroGen. The mechanism of action involves enhancing PET imaging through specific binding to CD46 on tumor cells.
