FG-B901 is a bispecific antibody developed by FutureGen Biopharmaceutical that simultaneously targets CD40 and PD-L1. It is designed for the treatment of solid tumors by modulating and stimulating anti-tumor immune responses. The drug utilizes FutureGen's proprietary Structure-based Targeted Evolution Platform (STEP) technology, which integrates structural biology, advanced antibody engineering, and AI technologies for drug screening and optimization. By engaging CD40 (an immune-stimulatory receptor) and blocking PD-L1 (an immune-checkpoint protein), FG-B901 aims to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and enhance T-cell activity. It is currently in clinical development.
