Overview

**FGX2-62** is a proprietary **pyridinobenzodiazepine DNA mono-alkylating cytotoxic payload** developed by **Femtogenix** for use in **antibody-drug conjugates**. It is not a standalone marketed therapeutic, but rather a highly potent DNA-interactive warhead designed to be linked to targeting molecules so that cytotoxic activity is preferentially delivered to tumor cells. Publicly described work identifies FGX2-62 as the payload used in **IKS01**, an **FOLR1 targeted antibody-drug conjugate** built with **Iksuda's PermaLink conjugation technology**, where it showed strong preclinical anti-tumor activity in ovarian and lung cancer models. Mechanistically, FGX2-62 is described as a sequence-selective DNA guanine mono-alkylating agent with picomolar potency in tumor cell lines, supporting its role as an antineoplastic ADC payload rather than an independently administered drug substance.
