Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FH-006 + adebrelimab + apatinib is an investigational combination therapy developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen integrates three distinct therapeutic approaches: FH-006, a recombinant humanized IL-15/IL-15Rα-Fc fusion protein that acts as an IL-15 agonist to promote the proliferation and activation of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells; adebrelimab (SHR-1316), a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) to restore anti-tumor immune responses; and apatinib (BP102), a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) to block tumor angiogenesis. By combining cytokine-driven immune stimulation, immune checkpoint inhibition, and anti-angiogenic effects, the triplet therapy aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and improve clinical outcomes in patients with advanced or metastatic lung cancer.
