Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This combination therapy is an investigational regimen developed by Jiangsu HengRui Medicine for the treatment of lung cancer. It consists of FH-006, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the PVRIG (PVR-related immunoglobulin domain-containing protein) immune checkpoint; adebrelimab (SHR-1316), a monoclonal antibody targeting the PD-L1 (Programmed death-ligand 1) checkpoint; BP102, a bevacizumab biosimilar that inhibits VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) to suppress tumor angiogenesis; and the platinum-based chemotherapeutic agents cisplatin and carboplatin, which act as DNA alkylators to induce cytotoxic effects. By combining multiple immune checkpoint inhibitors with anti-angiogenic therapy and traditional chemotherapy, this regimen aims to maximize anti-tumor responses and overcome resistance mechanisms in lung cancer patients.
