FH2001

FH2001 is a bispecific antibody developed by Fosun Pharma USA, currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor (FGFR). By binding to PD-L1, FH2001 aims to block the PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint pathway, thereby restoring T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. Concurrently, by targeting FGFR, it inhibits the growth factor signaling pathways that are often dysregulated in various cancers, promoting tumor cell proliferation and survival. This dual-targeting approach is intended to combine the benefits of immunomodulation with direct inhibition of oncogenic growth factor signaling to overcome resistance and improve therapeutic efficacy in solid tumors.
