Overview

FHCT001 is an autologous immune cell therapy developed by FullHope Biomedical for the treatment of solid tumors. It consists of dendritic killer cells (DKC), which are rare immune cells that exhibit both innate and adaptive immune functions. The therapy is produced using a proprietary in-vitro cultivation system designed to scale up cell activity and numbers under Good Tissue Practice (GTP) standards. FHCT001 is intended as an adjuvant therapy to provide high specificity against cancer cells with minimal side effects. A Phase 1 clinical trial (NCT02882659) has been completed to evaluate its safety and determine the maximum tolerated dose in patients with metastatic solid tumors.
