Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FHCT003 is an autologous immune cell therapy developed by FullHope Biomedical, a Taiwan-based biotechnology company. The therapy is engineered to target the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) pathway, thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis—the process by which tumors develop their own blood supply. By disrupting this pathway, FHCT003 aims to starve tumors of nutrients and oxygen, inhibiting their growth and progression. It is currently under investigation in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of various cancers and tumor angiogenesis-related conditions, utilizing FullHope's precision immunoprofiling platform for personalized treatment.
