FHND-9041

FHND-9041 is a novel, orally administered third-generation small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that selectively targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) with T790M mutation. It is designed to overcome resistance to earlier EGFR inhibitors in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly those who have developed resistance due to the T790M mutation. The drug acts as an irreversible inhibitor of mutant EGFR and is being developed primarily for use in metastatic or advanced NSCLC harboring EGFR-sensitive mutations, including T790M-positive disease.
