Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FIBINGLURAAS (护固莱士) is a human-derived fibrin sealant developed and manufactured by Shanghai Raas Blood Products. It is a multicomponent biologic product consisting of human fibrinogen and human thrombin, which, when combined at the site of application, replicate the final stage of the physiological blood coagulation cascade to form a stable, insoluble fibrin clot. This clot adheres to the wound surface, providing effective hemostasis, tissue sealing, and support for wound healing. It is primarily indicated for use in surgical procedures to control bleeding and seal tissues, particularly in situations where conventional surgical techniques such as suturing or cauterization are insufficient. FIBINGLURAAS is approved for clinical use in China across various surgical settings.
