Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FIG-001 is a preclinical-stage multimodal intratumoral gene therapy being developed by Fig Therapeutics for the treatment of prostate cancer. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary Symphony platform, which employs a high-capacity, helper-dependent adenovirus (HD-Ad) viral vector. FIG-001 is designed to deliver multiple therapeutic payloads directly into the tumor microenvironment, with expression regulated by a tumor-specific promoter to ensure localized activity and minimize systemic toxicity. It is currently being investigated for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and as a neoadjuvant treatment for high-risk localized prostate cancer.
