Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FIG-003 is a preclinical gene therapy candidate developed by Fig Therapeutics for the treatment of HER2-overexpressing tumors, such as HER2-positive breast cancer. The therapeutic utilizes the company's proprietary Symphony platform, which employs a helper-dependent adenovirus (HD-Ad) viral vector to deliver targeted payloads directly to tumor cells. By leveraging the high capacity and reduced immunogenicity of HD-Ad vectors, FIG-003 is designed to provide potent, localized expression of anti-tumor agents while minimizing systemic toxicity. The program is currently in the discovery phase of development.
