Figatil

Figatil is a traditional phytotherapeutic medicine developed and marketed by Laboratório Catarinense (Catarinense Pharma) in Brazil. It is a combination product containing hydroethanolic dry extracts from artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) and boldo (Peumus boldus Molina) leaves. Figatil functions as a choleretic and cholagogue agent, meaning it stimulates bile production in the liver and promotes its flow to the intestine, thereby facilitating digestion. It is primarily indicated for the symptomatic treatment of digestive complaints and gastrointestinal spastic disorders.
