firmonertinib + pemetrexed + carboplatin + bevacizumab

Firmonertinib + pemetrexed + carboplatin + bevacizumab is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen combines **firmonertinib** (a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor), **pemetrexed** (an antifolate chemotherapy agent), **carboplatin** (a platinum-based DNA-crosslinking agent), and **bevacizumab** (a monoclonal antibody targeting VEGF-A). This multi-modal approach is designed to simultaneously inhibit oncogenic driver signaling, disrupt cellular metabolism and DNA integrity, and suppress tumor angiogenesis. It is currently being studied in a Phase 2 clinical trial utilizing a ctDNA-guided adaptive treatment strategy to optimize therapy based on molecular residual disease (MRD) status.
