Firsekibart (SHR-1305) is a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target and neutralize interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β). Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, it is primarily being investigated for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and the prevention of gout flares.
