Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Fisiocrem Solugel is a topical analgesic cream/gel developed for the temporary relief of muscular aches and pains, including those resulting from sprains, strains, and bruises. The formulation contains a combination of concentrated herbal active ingredients: *Arnica montana*, *Calendula officinalis*, *Hypericum perforatum* (St. John's Wort), and *Melaleuca alternifolia* (Tea tree oil), supplemented with l-menthol. Unlike many herbal products that use homeopathic dilutions, Fisiocrem Solugel utilizes concentrated plant extracts to provide anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Menthol provides a cooling sensation and local analgesia by acting on TRPM8 receptors, while the herbal components contribute to the reduction of local inflammation and swelling. It is an over-the-counter product intended for topical application 3-4 times daily.
