Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**FIT003** is an autologous T-cell therapy developed by Guangzhou FineImmune Biotechnology (also referred to as Guangzhou Fan'en Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), consisting of tumor-associated lymph node T cells (TAL-T) expanded ex vivo from patient lymph node samples. It targets advanced malignant solid tumors refractory to standard treatments, including melanoma, head and neck cancer, cervical cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and others. Administered via infusion following lymphodepletion (e.g., with cyclophosphamide), FIT003 is evaluated in Phase 1 trials for safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy, both as monotherapy and in combination with serplulimab (a PD-1 inhibitor).
