Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FIT012 is a preclinical oncology bispecific antibody generated using EpimAb Biotherapeutics’ proprietary Fabs-In-Tandem Immunoglobulin (FIT-Ig) platform and licensed to Zhejiang Teruisi Biopharmaceutical for development and commercialization in mainland China.[3][5][7] The program, also known as TRS008, targets two undisclosed receptors on cancer cells and is intended to leverage dual-receptor blockade for synergistic antitumor activity, consistent with other FIT-Ig bispecifics such as EMB01 that simultaneously engage EGFR and cMET.[3] FIT012 has completed extensive preclinical validation and remains in early development without publicly disclosed clinical trials or specific tumor indications beyond its positioning as a broad oncology candidate.[3][5][7]
