Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FiXE™ (Fibroblast-Derived Engineering Extracellular Vesicles) is a proprietary exosome-based delivery platform developed by Neucore Bio. The technology leverages the unique regenerative biology of fibroblasts to engineer extracellular vesicles (EVs) or exosomes capable of delivering genetic material, such as siRNA, mRNA, and DNA, in a tissue-tropic and cell-targeted manner. Unlike traditional viral delivery systems, FiXE is a non-viral approach designed to overcome limitations in payload capacity and immunogenicity while providing precise targeting to specific cells and tissues. The platform is being utilized to develop next-generation therapeutics for high-impact diseases, including respiratory conditions, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), neurology, and oncology, as well as functional skincare applications.
