FKC118 is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Fosun Kairos, the innovation center of Fosun Kite Biotechnology. It is currently in the preclinical or IND-enabling stage for the treatment of large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). As an autologous cell therapy, FKC118 involves the extraction of a patient's T cells, which are then genetically modified ex vivo to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific to a tumor-associated antigen before being re-infused into the patient.
