Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FKC289 is an autologous dual anti-BCMA and anti-CD19 Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cell product. It is manufactured using the Eli-T R platform within 72 hours, a process designed to optimize CAR-T cell characteristics, function, and release QC testing. This platform aims to produce CAR-T cells with a young, stem-like immune phenotype, leading to increased persistence and promising deep clinical responses through deeper B cell depletion and immune system reset. Early clinical observations indicate that FKC289 is safe and efficacious in treating patients with conditions like Relapsed or Refractory Systemic Light Chain (AL) Amyloidosis and MN, demonstrating potency, persistency, and low manufacturing cost. It is being developed by Shanghai Fosun Kairos Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
