FKC399 is an experimental *in vivo* Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by Fosun Kairos for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies that require the complex process of harvesting, genetically modifying, and re-infusing a patient's own cells, FKC399 is designed to generate CAR-T cells directly within the patient's body using a gene delivery vector. This *in vivo* approach aims to significantly reduce manufacturing time, lower costs, and improve patient access to advanced cell therapies. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development, and while the specific cellular target has not been disclosed, it is intended to modulate or deplete pathogenic immune cells involved in autoimmune conditions.
