FL-115 is a novel, long-acting interleukin 15 (IL-15) agonist designed as a fusion protein composed of a mutated form of IL-15 (N72D mutation) and the IL-15 receptor alpha subunit fused to an Fc domain. This design aims to overcome the short half-life of recombinant IL-15 and enhance tumor penetration due to its small molecular weight. The drug acts by targeting the interleukin 15 receptor subunit alpha (IL15RA), stimulating immune responses against tumors. It is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase I clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. FL-115 is being developed using F-body technology by Suzhou Forlong Biotechnology[1][2][3][4].
