Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FL-802 is a preclinical-stage radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) being developed by Full-Life Technologies. It targets B7-H3 (CD276), a transmembrane protein that is highly expressed in various solid tumors but has limited expression in normal tissues, making it an attractive target for cancer therapy. FL-802 utilizes Actinium-225 (Ac-225), an alpha-emitting radioisotope, to deliver targeted radiation to tumor cells, inducing DNA damage and cell death. The program is currently being evaluated for the treatment of several solid malignancies, including small cell lung cancer (SCLC), colorectal cancer (CRC), esophageal cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer.
