FL117

FL117 is a tumor antigen-targeted cytokine being developed by Suzhou Forlong Biotechnology for the treatment of solid tumors. It is a tumor cell-targeted Interleukin-18 (IL-18) fusion protein designed to selectively recruit and activate T cells within the tumor microenvironment. By targeting tumor-associated antigens (TAA), FL117 delivers IL-18 specifically to tumor tissue, where it stimulates local immune responses and enhances anti-tumor killing. FL117 is part of Forlong's Syntokine® Synthetic Cytokine Platform, which utilizes engineered IL-18 mutants with optimized receptor affinities and drug-like properties to improve therapeutic efficacy and safety.
