FL7727

FL7727 is a small molecule camptothecin analog and a derivative of the lead compound FL118, currently under development by Canget BioTekpharma for the treatment of head and neck cancer. As an analog of FL118, FL7727 is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional camptothecins by specifically targeting and inhibiting the expression of multiple anti-apoptotic proteins, including Survivin, Mcl-1, XIAP, and c-IAP2. These proteins are frequently overexpressed in solid tumors and contribute to treatment resistance and poor prognosis. FL7727 is currently in the preclinical stage, with in vitro studies demonstrating its potential efficacy in head and neck cancer models.
