Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FL779 is a small molecule and an analog of FL118, currently under development by Canget BioTekpharma for the treatment of lymphoma. As an FL118 derivative, FL779 is designed to inhibit the expression of multiple anti-apoptotic proteins, including Survivin (BIRC5), Mcl-1, XIAP, and c-IAP2, which are frequently overexpressed in various cancers and contribute to treatment resistance. The compound is currently in the preclinical/in vitro stage of investigation.
